Heute stellen wir Ihnen wieder ein neues Kundenprojekt vor. Hans-Werner hat sich eine modellierte Waschtischplatte nach Skizze in unserer Werkstatt fertigen lassen. Das Vollholz besteht aus einem natürlich gewachsenen Eichenholz und wurde im Ganzen aus einem Holzstamm gesägt. Das Eichenholz stammt aus deutschen Wäldern und hat eine Restfeuchte von 8-12%. Die Waschtischplatte hat eine Stärke von 4,5 cm und wurde auf Wunsch des Kunden nach eigener Skizze gefertigt. Nachdem die Platte auf die gewünschten Maße zugeschnitten wurde, durchlief sie mehrfach unsere Breitband-Schleifmaschine mit Hobelaggregat. Im Anschluss erhielt die Platte einen Feinschliff per Hand und wurde zum Abschluss naturfarbend geölt.
Eichenholz ist sehr resistent gegenüber äußeren Einflüssen, robust und hat eine lange Haltbarkeit und ist somit auch bestens für Feuchträume geeignet.
