In dieser Woche stellen wir Ihnen wieder ein neues Kundenprojekt vor. Manuela hat sich eine Waschtischplatte aus Eiche Vollholz mit modellierter Baumkante, sowie 2 Ablageborde in Eiche Leimholz in den Maßen 70x40x2 cm bestellt. Hinzu kam ein Tischbein in Eiche Leimholz aufgedoppelt, im Querschnitt 10x10 cm in einer Länge von 80 cm. Das Eichenholz stammt aus deutschen Wäldern und wurde technisch getrocknet, sodass nur eine Restfeuchte von 8-12% verbleibt. Die Waschtischplatte wurde aus dem Stück eines Eichenstammes gefertigt. Die Eichenborde sowie das Tischbein wurden aus Eiche Vollholzlamellen hochwertig mit einer Leimpresse hergestellt. Die einzelnen Lamellen haben eine eingefräste Zapfverbindung, um mehr Stabilität zu gewährleisten. Die Böden, das Tischbein, sowie die Waschtischplatte durchliefen mehrfach unsere Breitband-Schleifmaschine mit Hobelaggregat, bevor der Feinschliff per Hand erfolgte. Zum Abschluss wurden alle Anfertigungen schwarz geölt, wodurch die rustikale Maserung schön zur Geltung kommt. Ein sehr gelungenes Kundenprojekt. Vielen Dank für die zur Verfügung gestellten Bilder.
