Heute stellen wir Ihnen ein neues Kundenprojekt vor. Michelle hat sich 2 Bohlen in Eiche Vollholz mit einseitiger Baumkante bestellt, um sich aus einem vorgefertigtem Metallregal ein Schuhregal zu fertigen. Wir haben aus einem Eichenstamm 2 Vollholzbohlen gesägt, welche aus deutschen Wäldern stammen und eine Restfeuchte von 8-12% haben. Nachdem die Bohlen auf das Wunschmaß der Kundin zugeschnitten wurden, durchliefen die Bohlen mehrmals unsere Breitband-Schleifmaschine mit Hobelaggregat. Im Anschluss erhielten die Bohlen einen Feinschliff per Hand und eine einmalige Ölung in naturfarbend. Ein mehrmaliges Nachölen der Oberfläche wird dringend empfohlen, damit das Holz gut versiegelt ist.
