Heute stellen wir Ihnen wieder ein schönes Kundenprojekt vor. Unser Kunde hat sich eine Waschtischplatte in Eiche, aus verleimten Vollholzlamellen, in den Maßen 290x60x3 cm, sowie eine Vollholzplatte in den Maßen 162x60x3 cm zur Aufdopplung an der Vorderkante bestellt. Die Platten wurden aus durchgehenden Vollholzlamellen hochwertig mit einer Leimpresse gefertigt und aufgedoppelt. Wir fräsen zwischen den einzelnen Lamellen Dübel für eine höhere Formstabiliät und wenig Versatz während des Leimvorgangs ein. Nachdem die Platte die Leimpresse verlies, durchlief sie mehrfach unsere Breitband-Schleifmaschine mit Hobelaggregat. Im Anschluss erhielt die Platte einen Feinschliff per Hand. Die Astlöcher wurden mit schwarzem Thermelt-Astfüller verfüllt und im nächsten Schritt wurde die Vorderkante oberseitig 45 Grad gefast. Zum Abschluss erhielt die Platte eine naturfarbene Ölung mit Rubio 2-Komponenten Öl. Ein mehrmaliges Nachölen der Oberflächen wird dringend empfohlen, damit das Holz gut versiegelt ist.
