In dieser Woche stellen wir Ihnen wieder ein neues Projekt vor. Unser Kunde hat sich eine Waschtischplatte in Eiche, aus durchgehenden Vollholzlamellen, mit einseitiger Baumkante, teilweise nach Skizze modelliert, in den Maßen 200x42-15x3 cm bestellt. Jede Waschtischplatte fertigen wir in unserer Werkstatt auf das Wunschmaß eines jeden Kunden individuell an. Dafür werden ausschließlich kammergetrocknete Eichenhölzer verwendet. Die Waschtischplatte wurde aus durchgehenden Vollholzlamellen mit eingefrästen Eichendübeln in unserer hochwertigen Leimpresse hergestellt. Im nächsten Schritt durchlief die Platte mehrmals unsere Breitband-Schleifmaschine mit Hobelaggregat. Danach wurde die Platte nach Skizze des Kunden modelliert und erhielt dann ihren Feinschliff per Hand. Die Äste wurden mit Thermelt- Astfüller schwarz verfüllt und zum Abschluss erhielt die Platte eine Ölung in naturfarbend. Unsere Werkstücke werden bei uns einmalig mit Öl behandelt. Je nach Größe werden dafür Öle der Hersteller Woca oder Rubio ( gegebenenfalls auch mit Härter-Komponente) eingesetzt. Ein mehrmaliges Nachölen der Oberflächen wird dringend empfohlen, damit das Holz gut versiegelt ist. Eine normale Fleckenbildung durch im Wasser vorhandene Salze kann sonst nicht ausgeschlossen werden.
