Heute stellen wir Ihnen wieder ein schönes Kundenprojekt vor. Florian hat sich eine Tischplatte in Eiche Leimholz, in den Maßen 160x70x3 cm, mit beidseitiger Baumkante bestellt, welche optisch zu seiner bereits vorhandenen Sitzbank passen sollte. Die Tischplatte wurde aus Eiche Vollholzlamellen, welche ausschließlich aus deutschen Wäldern stammen, in unserer hochwertigen Leimpresse gefertigt. Um mehr Stabilität zu erzielen, fräsen wir zwischen die einzelnen Lamellen Zapfverbindungen. Nachdem die Tischplatte verleimt wurde, durchlief sie mehrfach unsere Breitband-Schleifmaschine mit Hobelaggregat. Im Anschluss erhielt die Platte einen Feinschliff per Hand. Die Astlöcher wurden mit Thermelt Astfüller schwarz verfüllt und zum Abschluss wurde die Tischplatte einmalig mit farblosem Öl behandelt. Unsere Werkstücke werden hier nur einmalig geölt. Je nach Größe werden Öle der Hersteller Woca oder Rubio ( gegebenenfalls auch mit Härter-Komponenten ) eingesetzt. Ein mehrmaliges Nachölen der Oberflächen wird dringend empfohlen, damit das Holz gut versiegelt ist. Eine normale Fleckenbildung durch im Wasser vorhandene Salze kann sonst nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Vielen Dank für die zur Verfügung gestellten Bilder.
