Heute stellen wir Ihnen wieder ein neues Kundenprojekt vor. Hans hat sich für sein Badezimmer eine sehr rustikale Eichenplatte, in den Maßen 120x60 cm auf 6 cm Stärke aufgedoppelt, bestellt. Die Platte hat allseits gerade Kanten und eine oberseitige umlaufende Fase, sowie eine rissige, astige, lebendig-rustikale Oberfläche. Nachdem die Platte ihren Zuschnitt auf Wunschmaß des Kunden erhielt, wurde sie in unserer hochwertigen Leimpresse auf eine Stärke von 6 cm aufgedoppelt. Im Anschluss durchlief die Platte unsere Breitband-Schleifmaschine mit Hobelaggregat und erhielt dann ihren Feinschliff per Hand. Abschließend wurde eine oberseitige, umlaufende Fase gearbeitet und im letzten Schritt bekam die Platte eine farblose, naturfarbene Ölung. Vielen Dank für die zur Verfügung gestellten Bilder.
