Wir stellen Ihnen Heute ein neues Kundenprojekt vor. Kevin hat sich eine Fensterbank in Eiche rustikal, mit einseitiger Baumkante und Astlöchern im Maß von 50x20x3 cm bestellt. Die Bohlen werden aus sehr rustikaler, deutscher, technisch getrockneter Eiche (8-12% Holzrestfeuchte) mit vielen Ästen und lebendiger Maserung in unserer eigenen Werkstatt gefertigt. Die Fensterbank wurde auf das Wunschmaß des Kunden zugeschnitten, durchlief unsere Breitband-Schleifmaschine mit Hobelaggregat und erhielt dann einen Feinschliff per Hand. Zum Abschluss wurde die Fensterbank einmalig naturfarbend geölt. Unsere Werkstücke werden einmalig mit Öl behandelt. Je nach Größe werden dafür Öle der Hersteller Woca oder Rubio (ggf. auch mit Härter-Komponente) eingesetzt. Ein mehrmaliges Nachölen der Oberfläche wird dringend empfohlen, damit das Holz gut versiegelt ist. Eine normale Fleckenbildung durch im Wasser vorhandene Salze kann sonst nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Vielen Dank für die zur Verfügung gestellten Bilder.
